Not giving up

I tracked all week. At points I was down by 2+ pounds. Today I'm up above where I started. I'm beginning to realize two things....I make bad choices and I eat when I'm not hungry....those are my goals for improvement for the week.

  1. The eating when not hungry is one of the hardest things for me to get over!

  2. The best advice I have is to put the food in your app before you put it in your mouth, make it a rule. It stops me from snacking. It's more painful that way. Like spending cash instead of swiping a credit card.
